FFS HD 60” Double Adjustable DIY Traction Bar KitThis kit is designed to be a heavy duty double adjustable traction bar set, at the lowest cost, DIY weld up kit. Normally we feature single adjustable, largely because the bushing end stabilizes the position of the bar, but also because it isolates the suspension, and is a little less expensive. Sometimes a customer wants extreme rigidity as well as the ability to preload a bar (as in truck pulling or similar). Thats what this kit is designed around.

Sometimes a customer wants extreme rigidity as well as the ability to preload a bar (as in truck pulling or similar). That’s what this kit is designed around. It features our most heavy duty parts.
These parts are to build a hardcore, heavy duty, no rattle and good-looking double adjustable traction bar set. Welding required to finish the links, and add the brackets to the frame and axle.
A hex tube adapter is included so one end of each tube can be turned with a wrench.
This item includes 60” of tubing per bar, allowing up to 68 or 69” of link length point to point.
We’ve seen all kinds of weak and undersized parts and ugly brackets; this is not that kit.
We have tubing in stock for any length you might want, but 60” covers most applications.

(1) Pair of our FFS 3.5"/ 4” diameter axle mount brackets
(4) Big 1.25" Heat/Cryo treated Heim joints with misalignment spacers for 9/16" bolts.
(2) standard RH threaded tube adapters.
(2) hex LH threaded tube adapters.
(4) 9/16" x 4.5" Grade 8 fine thread bolt sets
(2) sticks of 2” .250 wall tube 60” length.
